2. Choose how you want to pay for your challenge event
There are two ways in which you can cover the costs for your challenge event:
Pay for all the associated costs of the trip including travel insurance and then raise as much as you can for our childhood cancer research. If you choose this option, Chris Lucas Trust will receive £100 per participant from Charity Challenge our tour provider.
Pay a non-refundable registration fee and your travel insurance and then raise a minimum amount of sponsorship for our charity. If you choose this option, 80 per cent of the minimum sponsorship must be paid and banked by Chris Lucas Trust eight weeks before your departure dates. The remaining 20 per cent of sponsorship must be with the Chris Lucas Trust 12 weeks following your return from the trip.
3. Complete the Charity Challenge registration form
Once you have chosen your challenge event, you then need to complete the Charity Challenge registration form which will be on their website. When filling out the form, you will be asked to provide the following information:

Who are Charity Challenge?
Charity Challenge is an ethical travel company, committed to working with charities to help raise money for deserving causes.
By selecting Charity Challenge to provide overseas challenges and treks, we are able to significantly reduce our overheads and offer the widest choice of expeditions to supporters.
Charity Challenge is a member of the Centre for Environmentally Responsible Tourism. As such, they do everything to minimise the impact of participants on the environment and the local people. Treks are kept to small parties of typically 20 people. Local guides, porters and other essential staff are employed and US$20 per participant is donated to a local project in the vicinity of the challenge.
